Do you really pick up for free anywhere in the U.S.?
Yes — every offer includes free tow within our coverage radius (which is essentially every populated ZIP code in the lower 48). The number you see in the offer is the number we pay; tow is built in. Hawaii and Alaska coverage is more limited; call us for those.
How long does pickup take after I accept?
Same-day or next-day in most metro ZIPs, typically 1-3 business days in rural areas. Once you accept the offer online, our partner coordinates a pickup window that works for your schedule.
What if my city isn't on your list?
We probably still cover it. The state and city pages on this site are just our highest-traffic locations — we tow from far more ZIPs than we list. Submit an offer and our system will tell you whether your address is in coverage.
Will you really buy any car?
