xMake
The make of your car refers to the brand name, such as Toyota, Chevrolet, BMW, etc. If you’re not sure what the make of your vehicle is, take a look around the vehicle for branding or check your registration, title, or insurance card.
xModel
The model is the type of vehicle for a specific brand. For example: Grand Cherokee is a model of the make Jeep, Civic is a model for the make Honda, etc.
xTitle
Do you have a title? If so, what kind of title do you have? A clean title means your car has never been wrecked or rebuilt. A salvage title means your car has been declared a "total loss" by an insurance company. Rebuilt means the car was salvage but later repaired. If you don't have a title, make sure you let us know.
xZip
This is where the vehicle is located as we need to locate buyers in the area.
xWheels & Tires
Are all wheels mounted with tires in good condition? Indicate if your car has a flat, or is missing wheels or tires.
xStarts & Drives
The vehicle "starts" if it starts up normally and idles. It is considered "drivable" if it moves under its own power when placed into gear, it's safe to drive, and free of major mechanical issues. The car must start and drive in its current condition, the keys must be in your possession, and a functioning battery should be installed. If this is not the case, then select ‘no’.
xMileage
What's the mileage (in thousands) shown on the odometer? We'll need to confirm this when we inspect the vehicle at the time of pick-up.
xBody Panels
The exterior, including doors, bumpers, hood, etc., has the same parts and are properly attached, as when it was assembled in the factory or has aftermarket replacements. Indicate if your vehicle has any removed or loose exterior panels.
xBody Damage
Check your car for any damage the size of a baseball or larger. Damage may include dents, rust, scrapes, or anything resulting from an accident.
xInterior Parts
The interior, including the seats, airbags, radio, etc., has the same parts and are properly attached as when it was assembled in the factory or has aftermarket replacements. Indicate if your vehicle has any damaged or removed interior parts.
xFlood & Fire
Specify if your car has been involved in an incident resulting in fire or water damage, this includes damage to the interior, exterior, under the hood, electronics, etc.
xVIN
There are a few places that you can find your VIN:
- On the windshield. Go to the driver side of your vehicle and look at the very bottom of the windshield. There’s a small area that displays the VIN.
- Driver’s side door. Look at the door post (where the door latches when it is closed).
- On the vehicle’s title
- The VIN should be located on the purchase contract (if you purchased the vehicle from a dealer and still have the paperwork)
- It’s on your insurance card
- The VIN is also on your registration sticker & registration card
